How to request a produce quote from Egypt
What to send, what you get back, and why there is no price list. A short checklist for buyers requesting fresh or IQF frozen produce from Loka International.
We do not publish a price list, on purpose. Produce prices move weekly and differ by market and packing format, so a posted price would be out of date before you read it. Instead, every enquiry gets a current quote.
What should you send with a quote request?
- The product. Name the line: fresh, IQF frozen or agricultural inputs, and the specific product.
- The quantity. How much you need, and whether it is one shipment or a programme.
- The packing. Any carton, bag or labelling requirements.
- The destination. The port or city, so the offer matches your route.
- Your window. The month you want to receive the goods.
What do you get back?
We reply within one working day with:
- availability for your window,
- a price for that window and packing,
- a sample offer, so you can check the product before you commit.
What we do not publish
HS codes, minimum order quantities, incoterms, payment terms and lead times are not listed on the site. They are quoted per enquiry, so please ask rather than assume.
Check what we do and do not claim
Read our Quality page and FAQ before you order: we state plainly which certificates cover which part of the business.
