The basis on which this website is published, and what a quote request does and does not commit either side to.
These terms govern the use of lokainternational.com. They are not the terms of any sale — those are agreed in the contract for each shipment.
The catalogue is an invitation, not an offer
Product pages describe what we supply. They are an invitation to enquire. Nothing on this website is a binding offer to sell, and no price is published here.
A quote request commits nobody
Sending a quote request does not create a contract. It asks us to quote. A sale exists only once specification, quantity, price, packing, incoterm and shipping window are agreed in writing between us.
Accuracy
We keep the catalogue as accurate as we can. Seasons, sizes and packing formats describe normal supply and can move with the harvest and the market. Where a field reads to be confirmed, it is genuinely unconfirmed and will be answered against your enquiry rather than guessed.
Product photographs show the line in question. Grade, calibre and pack for any given shipment are what is agreed in the contract, supported by a sample.
Certification claims
Our ISO certificates cover the blending and packaging of fertilizers, pesticides, seeds and seedlings at our own facility. They do not cover fresh or frozen produce, and they do not cover the manufacture of products we distribute for other companies. Do not rely on them as evidence of anything outside that scope.
Products of other manufacturers
The agricultural inputs listed on this site are manufactured by Green Magic and distributed by Loka International. Their trade marks, product names and packaging belong to their owner. Crop-protection products must be used only in accordance with their registered label and the law of the country of use; the rates shown here are quoted from the manufacturer’s catalogue and do not replace the label.
Intellectual property
The text, layout and photography produced for this site belong to Loka International for Import & Export, except where they belong to a manufacturer as described above. You may quote from the site with attribution.
